These Terms of Use govern the purchase and use of all digital products sold by Jreami Design, including Canva templates and Photoshop/Affinity templates. By purchasing or downloading any digital product from Jreami Design, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Restrictions
The following uses are strictly prohibited:
- Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing the template files themselves, whether modified or unmodified
- Sharing the template files with anyone who has not purchased them, including colleagues, clients, or through file-sharing platforms
- Claiming the original template design as your own work or misrepresenting it as something you created from scratch
- Uploading the template files to any marketplace, platform, or shared drive where others can access or download them
- Using the templates to create a competing product or template for resale
Canva Templates
Canva templates are shared via a Canva template link. By accessing the template, you agree to use it within your own Canva account only.
You must not share the original Canva template link with others. Each licence covers one user. If multiple members of your team require access, each individual must purchase their own licence.
Please note that Canva's own platform terms also apply when using templates within Canva. It is your responsibility to ensure any Canva-provided elements (such as stock photos or graphics) are appropriately licenced for your intended use.

Affinity Templates
Affinity template files are for use by the purchasing individual or business only. The source files must not be forwarded, shared, or distributed in any form.
Any fonts used within the templates are not included in the purchase. It is your responsibility to ensure you have the appropriate licence for any fonts used in your final designs.

Intellectual Property
All digital products created and sold by Jreami Design remain the intellectual property of Jreami Design. Purchasing a product grants you a licence to use it, it does not transfer ownership of the underlying design or template to you.
Jreami Design retains all rights to the original template designs, including the right to continue selling, modifying, and distributing them.

Permitted Use
You may use Jreami Design digital products to:
- Create designs for your own personal or business use
- Create designs for paying clients (commercial use)
- Produce printed or digital end products for sale, such as branded materials, social media content, or marketing assets
When delivering work to a client, you must export and deliver flattened, finalised files only (e.g. JPG, PNG, or PDF). The raw template files including the original Canva, Photoshop, or Affinity source files must not be shared with or passed on to your client in any form.
